COOPERATION BETWEEN P&T GROUP AND JAPAN COMPANIES
P&T Group issued more shares with the cooperation between P&T Group and Japan companies as NGI and OPT – two big Japan companies in fields of Internet and Advertising.

P&T has main office at HaNoi and two offices at Ho Chi Minh and Tokyo (Japan).
P&T Group is a young company but has early achieved great success in fields of: softwares system development,television program producing, organizing events, enhancing brand name, distributing equipments on mobiphone, telecommunication and television, supplying valu-added online services, website, portal designing … On the other hands, P&T Group imports and trades documentary, historical & advertising films and television programs. With the increase of investment from Japan companies and development of all fields in domestic market, P&T Group decided to issue new shares to attract investment from Japan Companies
On 22nd October 2007, P&T Group issued new shares and Japan investors bought 13.8% of the shares, especially NGI owns 10.3% of the shares, OPT owns 1.4% of the shares.
NGI (NGI for short) is one of the top cooperation in Japan in field of joint-venture with the strength of development, opportunities searching, experience and investment assistance to potential company. NGI has successfully built and developed joint-venture Mixi which is a top Japan company of internet. NGI is proud of guiding many talent businessmen in Japan. With strategy of development, NGI sets up investment plan in potential companies in Asia market. The cooperation between P&T Group and NGI marks an obvious advance to Vietnam market, assists P&T Group in expansion and development in domestic and oversea market
NGI will apply their experience in deploying business model of China companies into Vietnam, both of two sides cooperate and develop project in Vietnam market, NGI introduces Japan customers and invests & assists finance to P&T Group.
OPT (OPT for short) is one of the top Japan company in advertising through Internet and mobile phone. They got some big award such as: The best company in 23 consecutive quarters of Japan Yahoo, The top company of advertisement in 2006… OPT will assist P&T Group in expanding market through online advertising and mobile phone.
Becoming shareholders of P&T Group, NGI and OPT will cooperate in business and assisting P&T Group to develop operating fields and promoting the relationship with Japan companies.
